Four lids Blepharoplasty Testimonial – 2015
Levantarme en las mañanas y ver mis ojos y mi mirada apagada… me decía a mí misma: Tengo que hacer algo porque mis ojos no van a tono con la edad que tengo. Le comentaba a mi esposo mi deseo de hacerme una cirugía en los ojos; sin embargo, él me indicaba que estaba muy joven para hacerme esa cirugía. A pesar de eso, decido hacer una cita con el Dr. José Raúl Montes para una evaluación, reconociendo su prestigio como el mejor y conociendo varias amigas con resultados excelentes.
En la evaluación el doctor me indicó que a pesar que era candidata para la cirugía podía esperar y mientras tanto aplicó relleno en el área inferior de los parpados provocando disimular el prolapso graso leve que tenía. Me recomendó también, tratarme la piel para mejorar la pigmentación y la textura. Luego de varios tratamientos y de conseguir los cambios esperados el doctor decide programar mi cirugía. Wow, el cambio ha sido drástico, mi mirada se ve más abierta y luzco ojos jóvenes, de acuerdo a mi edad.

Getting up in the morning and seeing my eyes look amiss … I told myself: I have to do something because my eyes are not in tune with my age. I told my husband my desire to have eye surgery; however, he said I was too young. Nevertheless, I decided to make an appointment for evaluation with Dr. José Raúl Montes, because I was aware of his reputation for being the best and knew that several of my friends had excellent results.
In the evaluation the doctor told me that although I was a candidate for surgery, that I could wait; meanwhile, he applied filling in the lower eyelid area thereby slightly disguising a fatty prolapse. He also recommended a skin treatment to improve my pigmentation and texture. After several treatments to obtain the expected changes, the doctor decided to schedule my surgery. Wow, the change has been dramatic. My eyes are more open and look younger, in tune with with my age.

El 23 de julio de 2012, mi bebé de 15 meses sufrió un accidente en el cual su párpado superior derecho quedó rasgado y fue trasladada al Centro Médico. Tras una noche de espera me informan que sólo tres doctores podían realizar la cirugía de reconstrucción.

Sólo el Dr. José Raúl Montes aceptó hacer la cirugía. Esa misma noche (24 de julio de 2012) luego de salir de una cirugía en otro Hospital el Dr. Montes le realizó la cirugía reconstructiva a mi hija completándola con mucho éxito a la 11:30 de la noche.

Conocía la excelencia del Dr. Montes por medio de mi tía, pero jamás pensé necesitar de sus servicios y mucho menos para mi bebé. Sé que mi hija no pudo tener mejor cirujano. Hoy día, dos (2) años después, el ojito de mi bebé está perfecto, la cicatriz es mínima y no ha tenido ningún problema, su lagrimal funciona tan bien como antes del accidente. No hay palabras para agradecer lo que el Dr. Montes hizo por mi hija, es tremendo ser humano con un compromiso enorme.

On July 23, 2012, my 15-month old baby had an accident in which her right upper eyelid was torn and she was taken to the Medical Center. After a long night, I was informed that there were only three doctors who could perform a reconstruction surgery. Dr. José Raúl Montes was the only one that agreed to do the surgery. That same night (July 24, 2012) after having operated at another hospital, Dr. Montes performed the reconstructive surgery on my daughter with great success, finishing at 11:30 pm.

My aunt had talked to me about Dr. Montes’ excellence, but I never thought I would ever need of his services, much less my baby. I know my daughter could not have been in better hands. Today, two (2) years later, the baby’s eye is perfect, the scar is minimal and she has not had any problems. Her tear’s draining system works as well as it did before the accident. There are no words to express my gratitude for what Dr. Montes did for my daughter. He is a remarkable human being with a great dedication.
